Choice Online Participant Portal

Our role as your Plan Manager is to act as a financial intermediary between you, the NDIA and your Service Providers and to take away the stress and administrative burden of handling your plan and paying your provides, freeing you up to work on your NDIS goals and living your best life. 


We manage your plan via the Choice Plan Management Online Portal (COP) which provides you with secure 24/7 access to your NDIS budget and expenditure history and can be accessed from any device using your unique login.


Although our portal is simple to use, we understand that not everyone is tech savvy, but don’t worry, we have you covered there as well. You will receive a Monthly Statement via email which will provide you with details of your funding including what has been spent during the month, what funding is remaining as well as a list of Invoices paid for the month and of course we are just a phone call away if you have any queries.

Portal Features include:

  • View total NDIS funding allocation including amounts remaining
  • Reserve funding for providers with whom you have signed a Service Agreement to ensure that there are sufficient funds locked away to meet the agreed schedule of services
  • Set up a Standing Approval for invoices to be auto approved on receipt or alternatively you can elect to approve Invoices prior to them being processed
  • View all Invoices paid
  • Automatic monthly statements sent to your nominated email address
  • Access for your Support Coordinator (subject to your consent)
